Our Barre Cardio class is led by Rachel, a passionate and energetic instructor known for her vibrant personality. She has worked as a lead Pilates instructor in South Korea, developing a teaching style that keeps participants motivated and engaged.

With her dynamic presence and upbeat energy, Rachel creates a welcoming environment where even first-timers feel comfortable. She ensures every class is both challenging and fun, helping participants build strength, endurance, and confidence.
