Emergency Reporting Instructions

If there is an immediate risk to health or safety:

​

• Move yourself and others away from danger if possible

• Contact emergency services (000) if required

• Notify a manager or director immediately

• Record the incident using the Incident Reporting Form

Emergency situations may include:

​

• serious injury

• aggressive behaviour

• threats or violence

• medical emergencies

• fire or evacuation situations
